The information provides an interesting contrast to US Swimming's post workout recovery push for chocolate milk. There are also some cost trade-offs to have to consider when feeding athletes on a budget that can't support organic, grainfed, and wild caught sources of protein. The advice on chia seeds and pineapple provided new insights, as did the DIY sports drink suggestions.

Love Dr. Axe presentation and personality. Great info. Thank you. However, the questions in the quiz are not well written. Why use the word "appropriate"? Not sure Dr. Axe worded his presentation that way. What is "appropriate and not appropriate"? Didn't realize nutrition was appropriate or not appropriate. Maybe what is nutritious vs. not as nutritious is what you are trying to ask?
